Samsung 960GB PCIe 3.0 x4 AIC NVMe SSD, Part Number MZPJB960HMGC-00007-0N0. Unable to find much info about this SSD model, picked up from local electronics salvage. It appears to be an enterprise version of the Samsung 983 ZET SSD with Z-NAND. The SMART stats are pictured above. Health at 100%, 156TBW (rated for 17.5PBW), and 14311 total power-on hours. Please also note, due to difficulties with the test system, it is not known whether the card is stuck to x2 rather than the full x4. The SSD had been tested a few months ago on a fully functional system and was confirmed to be running in full x4 (see Samsung Magician photo for performance difference), but this is why I have marked the condition as for parts or not working.
